1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and asd123 (hereinafter referred to as "asd123", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at asd123.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, "the Services").

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on asd123, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities are not permitted to hold User Accounts);

4 Registration & KYC Verification

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the asd123 platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by the same individual (including accounts registered in a different name or using different contact details) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, Users are required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and accurate personal details including full legal name and date of birth. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. asd123 shall bear no liability for any losses arising from a User's failure to secure their Account credentials.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at asd123's discretion at any other time, the Platform may require a User to complete identity verification (KYC). The following documents are typically required:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Verification of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or bank account confirmation).

asd123 may request additional documentation in accordance with its AML obligations. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the request will result in account restriction and may result in closure.

5 Deposits & Payments

asd123 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-localised payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online bank transfer (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating institutions), Visa/Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies including USDT and BTC.

The minimum single deposit amount is MYR 20. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. asd123 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time without prior notice.

Deposits made in currencies other than Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by asd123 at the time of processing. asd123 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and shall bear no liability for currency conversion losses.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be voided, with the deposited amount returned to the source payment method (net of any applicable fees) and any associated winnings forfeited.

6 Withdrawals

A User may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions being met: (a) the User's Account is in good standing with no unresolved disputes or security flags; (b) KYC verification has been successfully completed; (c) all applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds have been satisfied; and (d) the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the User's available (non-bonus) Account Balance.

asd123 endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly. Indicative processing timeframes (subject to KYC clearance and security review) are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): 5 to 30 minutes;
• DuitNow & FPX Bank Transfer: 30 minutes to 2 hours;
• Cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC): 15 to 45 minutes, subject to network congestion;
• Credit/Debit Card: 1 to 3 business days.

These timeframes are indicative only. asd123 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or blockchain network conditions.

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by VIP tier. Users are encouraged to review their applicable limits within their account dashboard. asd123 reserves the right to conduct enhanced security reviews on withdrawals that exceed standard thresholds, which may extend processing times.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible. asd123 may request additional verification before approving a withdrawal to a different payment method.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

asd123 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this clause.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Standard wagering requirements at asd123 typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

While Bonus Funds remain active in a User's Account, the maximum permissible single bet is MYR 25 per round or wager, unless the individual promotion specifies a different limit. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Slot games: 100% contribution;
• Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Sic Bo): 10–20% contribution;
• Blackjack and card table games: 5–10% contribution;
• Sports betting: 100% contribution on pre-match bets; live bets may contribute at a reduced rate.

Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the period specified in each promotion. Standard bonus validity periods are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Upon expiry, any unutilised Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

Certain bonuses carry a maximum cash-out limit, restricting the maximum amount of real-money winnings that may be withdrawn from that bonus. Where a maximum cash-out applies, it will be stated explicitly in the promotion's terms. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be forfeited.

8 Gameplay & Fair Play

All games offered on the asd123 platform utilise certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure that game outcomes are fair, statistically random, and not subject to manipulation by either the Platform or the User. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical figures calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual gaming sessions.

asd123 reserves the right to void any wager or reverse any game result where a technical fault, software error, or other malfunction has produced an outcome that is materially incorrect. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account without interest or additional compensation.

Users are prohibited from exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error for financial gain. Any winnings derived from the exploitation of a technical fault are not valid and will be reversed. Users who discover a technical fault are obliged to notify asd123 support immediately and to refrain from further play on the affected game until the fault has been rectified.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with the asd123 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process;
• Using the platform if under the age of 21;
• Opening or maintaining more than one Account;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, systems, or security protocols;

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances and pending bonuses, and referral to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

asd123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• asd123 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise abusive conduct;
• The User fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• asd123 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or an order from a competent authority;
• The User has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute against asd123 through their payment provider.

A User may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting asd123 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance will be refunded to the User's verified payment method (net of any pending charges), subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the resolution of any open disputes.

11 Responsible Gambling

13 Limitation of Liability

asd123's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Services, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that User and held in their Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

asd123 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. asd123 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly following any such disruption.

14 Amendments to These Terms

asd123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, asd123 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on their Account. The effective date of any revised Terms will be stated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of those amendments. Users who do not accept the revised Terms should discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close their Account.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which asd123 is licensed and operated.
